Anaganaga Oka Raju features Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary among others. The comedy drama is helmed by Maari, who also has co-written the film with Naveen Polishetty and Chinmay. Anaganaga Oka Raju has been produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
