OMG! Will Taylor Swift finally have to speak out in Blake Lively‘s trial against Justin Baldoni?!

Taylor avoided having to sit for a deposition in the legal matter, but now sources are insisting she’s about to get pulled into the trial! On Wednesday, sources told TMZ that the singer will 100% be called to testify about her side of the story!

The insiders expect Justin to call Taylor as a “hostile witness” — meaning she had a bias against him, as evidenced by her recently unsealed text messages with the leading lady. Oh, s**t!

If you don’t know, a hostile witness means calling a witness whose testimony is unfavorable or contrary to the interests of the party who called them. It gives them the opportunity to cross-examine the witness, using techniques like asking leading questions, to challenge their comments.

However, after the report surfaced, a source connected to the director’s legal team hit back, telling the outlet that it would be almost impossible to serve Taylor with a summons. Plus, they think her texts speak for themselves, so they won’t need her as a witness. So good news for her?

Either way, it sounds like she’ll be brought up in court when the trial begins in May — whether or not she’s there in person! Yikes!!!
