Prince Harry 'Uneasy' With Meghan Markle -- The Latest Thing Pulling Them Apart!

Prince Harry must be counting down the days until he can return to the UK with taxpayer-paid security ’cause he ain’t sounding too happy in LA!

According to royal author Christopher Andersen via Us Weekly on Tuesday, Harry is feeling “somewhat uneasy” living in the spotlight — much unlike his fame-loving wife Meghan Markle! The insider dished:

“He has suffered from crippling social anxiety. Meghan embraces that life more.”

Oof. Reminds us of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. They never stood a chance! We hope the Sussexes don’t suffer the same fate!!

Despite having walked away from tensions with his family for a new, (somewhat) calmer life in California with his children, the distance from his relatives comes with its downsides:

“Does it pain Harry to be pointedly excluded from times when the royal family gets together, like Christmas at Sandringham? Of course it does.”

While he’s believed to be “content” in LA — at least when he’s outside of the spotlight — the writer thinks the Duke of Sussex must have some regrets with his family feud because “neither he nor his children are sharing in their royal heritage.” But a different source hit back at this, pointing out:

“Harry is so happy living in the private world. Even though he was raised [as a royal], he was never comfortable in that environment. He feels more like himself here.”

The insider added that the Spare author didn’t like the royal lifestyle he was raised in:

“He had this crazy schedule and would come back through the palace gates and couldn’t go out or have a personal life.”

Yet Christopher disagreed:

“People often forget that Harry is at his core an army officer. He’s all about structure, honor and duty — things that are missing from his life in Montecito.”

Harry served in the British army for 10 years, making it especially “painful” when his honorary military titles were stripped after he stepped away from his working royal duties, the source noted:

“That was extremely difficult because the military was a big part of his life.”

For now, Invictus Games has given him a chance to “stay connected to that world” and has “been a lifeline for him,” Andersen noted. When he’s not working on his charity efforts, he’s on full-time dad duty. Royal historian Marlene Koenig told the outlet the dad of two is prioritizing family in this chapter of his life:

“Although Harry hasn’t settled into a permanent position, he’s spending time with his young children and being a hands-on dad. Meghan is the breadwinner.”

Well, it’s nice he gets this time with his kids as they’re still so young! We just hope having Meghan as the “breadwinner” is working out for them — it’s hard to tell how successful her lifestyle empire really is!

Sounds like things are still a little rocky. And with his desire to return to the UK with his kids only rising, these two could be in for a tough decision soon. Hopefully, they get on the same page about it all!
