Ritika Sajdeh Buys ₹26.3 Crore Sea-View Apartment in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi

Ritika Sajdeh, wife of Indian cricket star Rohit Sharma, has purchased a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Prabhadevi locality for ₹26.30 crore, according to property registration records accessed by Square Yards.

The apartment is located in Ahuja Towers, a premium residential project, offering a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq. ft. and three dedicated car parking spaces. The deal was registered on December 12, 2025, with a stamp duty of ₹1.31 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000. The sellers were identified as Ajinkya DY Patil and Puja Anjinkya Patil.

Ritika, who previously worked as a sports manager at Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment, has managed endorsements and brand partnerships for several athletes. Neither she nor the sellers have commented publicly on the transaction.

Rohit Sharma’s Real Estate Moves

• In January 2025, Rohit rented out his Lower Parel apartment in Lodha Marquise at The Park for ₹2.6 lakh per month. The unit spans 1,298 sq. ft. and includes two car parking spaces.

• In January 2024, Rohit leased two apartments in Bandra West for three years, with rent starting at ₹3 lakh per month, increasing annually to ₹3.41 lakh in the third year.
