Hailey Bieber is going after that TikTok creator spreading rumors about her marriage!
If you missed it, a social media user shared a screen recording to X over the weekend that showed the Rhode Beauty founder allegedly re-posting (and “later” deleting) a video from content creator Julie Theis about the supposed “abuse” in her relationship with Justin Bieber.
According to the social media personality, “tolerant co-dependent” women tend to tolerate “mediocrity, abuse, doing the majority of domestic and emotional labor, in exchange for being in a relationship,” and “there is no better example than Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber.” Yikes. She also accused the pop star of struggling with addiction.

Hailey supposedly re-posting the video would be wild! It would look like she agreed with everything the user said, right? The 29-year-old model, however, denied ever doing so! She wrote on Instagram Stories on Saturday:
“Hey, I know you guys who live on the internet are really bored, but I didn’t repost any video speaking on my relationship. Have a beautiful Saturday!”
Shutting down the rumors wasn’t enough for Hailey, apparently. Julie took to social media on Tuesday to claim she received a cease and desist letter from the former Drop the Mic host’s attorneys “in an attempt to intimidate and silence” her! Whoa! The social media personality said:
“Of course, that’s in my opinion, which I am legally allowed to have. What I shared were my opinions. It was a psychological and sociological thought piece on why some relationships last. And being offended by the opinions I have does not entitle you to erase people’s voices. This is so elitist to me. Truly, behold the temper tantrums of the rich. And this is how smaller voices are taught to shut up.”
In slight defense of Hailey, though, she probably doesn’t want very serious accusations like abuse and addiction about her husband going around. No one would. But Julie pointed out that the only reason this whole thing became a big deal right now is because of Hailey:
“Keep in mind that all this is blowing up because Hailey reposted the video of my thoughts. And then of course she tried to say she didn’t, even though screenshots exist. Now she’s sending me a cease and desist on a video she allegedly never saw.”
She concluded the video, insisting she will not be “silenced” by someone “fragile” Hailey:
“Thought pieces are not criminal charges. Opinions aren’t illegal just because they’re inconvenient to you. But if you need lawyers to survive an opinion, you’re not powerful. You’re fragile, and I see it. … All of this is intimidating. It’s meant to be, but I believe in the power of using your voice and not being silenced.”
Damn! It sounds like Julie isn’t backing down! Watch her entire video (below):

@julietheis Just because you didn’t like how my opinion made you feel does not make it illegal. No one’s authority/power/wealth/status will dictate what I think #haileybieber #justinbieber
