Why Victoria Beckham Thinks Nicola Peltz's Parents Are The Real People To Blame For Fiery Family Feud!

Is the Beckhams’ feud all the Peltz family’s fault? Victoria Beckham reportedly thinks so after the wedding chaos!

You know that Brooklyn Beckham dropped a bombshell statement this week, detailing his fallout with his family after they tried to “ruin” his relationship with Nicola Peltz. Among the many shocking claims, he accused Posh Spice of hijacking his first dance and dancing “inappropriately” on him. She was reportedly nuzzling his neck and grinding on him! And no, you won’t get any video evidence of the jaw-dropping moment! Brooklyn and Nicola made sure of that!

Regardless, the 26-year-old hot sauce entrepreneur was left feeling so embarrassed and humiliated, while Nicola ran out of the room in tears on what should’ve been the happiest day of their lives. It was a whole mess, allegedly caused by Victoria. But those hijack claims are now being disputed!

Sources told Dailymail.com on Wednesday that Brooklyn’s accusations about the dance were “total nonsense.” The outlet reported he called up Victoria himself — and not Marc Anthony. The whole thing was “pre-arranged,” right down to the song choice, which was the singer’s 1999 hit I Need To Know. Shortly after the dance started, David and Harper joined, along with Romeo and his girlfriend Mia Regan. A Beckham source insisted it was “a wholesome family moment,” and nothing more. Wait, it wasn’t a pre-planned romantic dance between Brooklyn and Nicola? And no grinding happened? Hmm.

The supposed wholesome family moment almost didn’t happen, though. One source claimed that Nicola and her parents, Nelson and Claudia Peltz, decided on the day of the wedding that they didn’t want the former aspiring photographer to dance with his mom:

“The truth is that, for some reason, it seemed on the day that neither Nicola nor her parents wanted Brooklyn to dance with his mother.”

But why? Was it revenge for the fashion designer allegedly refusing to make Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute? What made the whole thing odd is that Nicola had a father-daughter dance. The source continued:

“It was strange, especially because Nicola danced with her dad [billionaire financier and father-of-the-bride] Nelson. He and David also did speeches. Although the day was very much controlled by the Peltzes, elements of the day were fairly even.”

Not “even” enough for Posh if Brooklyn’s account of the day is true! To which another source claimed it isn’t! As other insiders suggested, he and Nicola had their first dance hours before his mother waltzed, or more like reportedly got down, on the dance floor:

“Brooklyn and Nicola had their first dance earlier in the evening. There was a band playing and it was all romantic and beautiful. Then it was time for Nicola to dance with her father. After that, there was a disco, and only then did Victoria and Brooklyn dance together. It was hours after the first dance.”

FWIW, an official account of the wedding day published in British Vogue back in 2022 also contradicted Brooklyn’s version of events. The article stated:

“Lloyiso, an up-and-coming South African singer, performed Elvis Presley’s ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ for the couple’s first dance and Bette Midler’s ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ for the father-daughter dance. …  At 11pm, the circular stage revolved 180 degrees and Marc Anthony magically appeared for a live set that opened with ‘I Need To Know’. Brooklyn invited his mother on stage for a dance and they were joined by David and their 10-year-old daughter, Harper.”

The publication likely didn’t know anything potentially malicious was going on here and thought Brooklyn invited Victoria for a traditional mother-son dance. Insiders told Dailymail.com, however, that the couple had complete control over the feature, and there wouldn’t be any inaccuracies, especially since the writer Derek Blasberg is a friend of the Peltz family:

“Brooklyn and Nicola had full control of that article. There is no way that there would have been a word in there that they didn’t want. The couple were immensely proud of that piece. So why is Brooklyn now contradicting it? It doesn’t make sense.”

Perhaps Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t want to air out their family drama back then! They were trying to get along for a bit following the wedding – emphasis on trying! Posh and Becks seemingly wanted nothing to do with Claudia and Nelson during and after the wedding, though! A source claimed:

“It’s very unfair to suggest that Brooklyn and Nicola were the victims that day. The Beckhams kept themselves to themselves as there were tensions. By then relations between them and Nelson and Claudia had soured somewhat.”

It is unknown why they have a poor relationship now. However, Victoria and David reportedly were taken aback by Nelson’s behavior at the wedding as he allegedly “ticked off” a guest for using the bathroom in his mansion instead of a portable toilet on the grounds. Is his attitude the reason for the rift? Or did David and Victoria do something wrong? Perhaps how they allegedly treated Nicola over the years upset them! Who knows! It’s just clear that the Beckham and Peltz families don’t get along!
